Staffmax is currently looking for an IT Recruitment Consultant in Winnipeg to join our team! This role is great for a flexible individual who is comfortable sourcing for hard-to-find IT talent using Boolean, LinkedIn, Google, referrals, and other social media. This person will also have pre-existing relationships in the tech world to bring to the table.

Where: Toronto

When: Monday to Friday, flexible hours

How Much: $100,000/year in earning potential with a base salary, commissions, and bonuses

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify talent and generate leads via online, social media, and database searches
  • Find a qualified pool of candidates via phone and video screening
  • Present top talent to our clients
  • Act as primary contact for incoming IT candidates
  • Write job advertisements for our IT roles and post accordingly
  • Proof resumes and complete candidate submission documents
  • Perform data entry in CRM system
  • Assist with other permanent recruits as needed

 

Who You Are:

  • Experience with IT Recruitment in a staffing agency strongly preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience with recruiting IT professionals
  • Computer savvy with sound searching, social media, and MS Office skills
  • Post-secondary education in a business-related stream
  • CRM experience an asset
  • A self-starter who isn’t shy and takes initiative
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Professional written and oral communication skills in English, bilingual an asset
  • Thrives on working as part of a team
