Induction Furnace Operator

Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is currently assisting our newest client seeking a Foundry Furnace Operator with 3 years experience in pouring and melting a variety of metals

Duties: 

- Reporting to the Plant Manager
- Following strict Health and Safety guidelines you will be responsible for furnace operations inspections during your shift
- Melting of a variety of metals including alloys and steel
- Ladle and furnace repair
- High energy, with a passion to ensure accurate, detailed and correct product is produced

Must Haves: 

- 3 years experience as a foundry induction furnace operator
- Propane forklift experience

Hours and Compensation: 

- 7-3:30 pm daily
- $20-24 hour DOQ 
- Health and dental 80% company paid
