Compensation
  • Starting at $44.15/hour for Red Seal Journeyperson Industrial Electrician
  • Night shift premium of $2.00/hour
  • Additional compensation for PLC specialization
  • Sign on bonus ($3-5k)
  • 3 weeks vacation plus 5 sick days
  • Quarterly bonus up to 5% on regular hours
  • Full benefits, employer pays 80%
  • Boot allowance and Safety glasses
Work Schedule
11:30 PM - 8 AM or 3:30 PM - 12 AM or 6-6 am and must work on Saturdays 
Typical schedule: 8 hours Nights
OT to cover vacation

What You'll Be Doing
• Keep our facility running smoothly by diagnosing and resolving issues in real time
• Work hands-on with automation controls, field sensors, and complex electrical systems
• Apply technical knowledge to maintain and repair equipment ranging from 120V circuits to high-voltage panels
• Use diagnostic equipment like insulation testers, multi-meters, and thermal imagers to identify and solve system faults
• Assemble and install new components and machinery with accuracy and precision
• Collaborate closely with production teams to optimize equipment uptime
• Lead and support facility-wide continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Maintain accurate records using our advanced asset management platform
• Ensure all work aligns with strict safety and food-grade compliance standards

Who You Are
• Certified Red Seal Industrial Electrician with 5+ years in a manufacturing setting, depending on experience 3 years okay
• Adept at troubleshooting high-speed automation equipment under pressure
• Strong understanding of relay logic, pneumatic controls, and motor systems
• Comfortable navigating PM schedules, CM tasks, and facility-wide maintenance
• Passionate about learning and continuous improvement
• A team-oriented problem-solver with solid communication skills
• Experienced with PLC systems and capable of advanced-level troubleshooting (a strong asset)
• Confident using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and computerized maintenance systems
• Flexible to support production needs on weekends or during extended hours

Preferred Background
• Food production experience is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and additional electrical certifications stand out
