Job Description
• Certified Millwright (Ontario Certificate of Qualification Industrial Maintenance Mechanic 433A).
• Promptly complete all tasks assigned.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain & repair various pieces of process equipment and general building issues.
• Read, analyze and interpret technical manuals, drawings and basic operation guides as necessary to assess targeted issues and assignments.
• Perform scheduled repairs and preventative maintenance on production line equipment as required including documenting and maintaining details of inspections.
• Make recommendations on changes to equipment, method or product.
• Use a variety of tools and measuring equipment.
• Frequently communicate with supervisor and lead hands to ensure proper functionality of production processes/equipment.
• Adhere to plant safety policies and procedures.
