Inside Sales Rep - IT Sales

Our client is a global provider of reliable networking devices and accessories, and is ranked as No.1 provider of Wi-Fi devices for a consecutive 10 years. They are hiring for an experienced Inside Sales Representative.

Location: Vaughan, ON

Pay Scale: 60,000 depending on the experience + Commission + Benefits

Term: Fulltime and Permanent position

To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• The candidate should come with 3+ years experience of sales and be eager to learn new things especially be interested in IT.
• The major duty of this role is to maintain existing B2B customers to drive their sales potential, as well as to handle sales inquiries mainly calling and emailing customers
• Proven track record of sales success and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Windows and MS programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Process orders through incoming calls or emails from customers, following our sales process
• Generate sales through outbound calls to potential customers, on-site visits, and contacting inactive accounts
• Maintain relationships with current clients by answering questions, providing information and guidance
• Identify new business opportunities by mining alternative prospects and evaluating their potential
• Actively participate and contribute new ideas during sales meetings
• Maintain professional technical knowledge by reviewing applicable publications and networking in the industry
