Key focus on generating sales, new business opportunities, offer customer service in coordination with the sales team.
Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay rate: in the beginning it will be $20/hr after 60 days of training it will be base salary 45 -50 k + Commission
Term: Temporary to Permanent
Sales and Lead generation
- Service and cross sell products to existing clientele.
- Generate and evaluate leads and new customers.
- Offer a high level of customer service.
- Update and manage client database to ensure customers' orders are fulfilled appropriately.
- Handle customer queries.
- Work with Marketing team and align sales strategies with marketing plans to drive sales through promotions and campaigns
- Work with Purchasing team for product feedback and recommendations.
- Resolve customer issues quickly.
- Upgrade and seek knowledge on industry best practices, competitive landscape, our products/in-house brands, etc
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of B2B Sales and customer service experience
- Self-starter with proven success in outbound (cold calling experience is required) in competitive and results-driven environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and influence others by example
- Demonstrated ability to articulate value propositions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization
