Job Summary
Staffmax is hiring a proactive, solution-oriented Inside Sales Professional focused on driving sales growth, managing customer accounts, and supporting contractors, distributors, and builders with aluminum soffit, fascia, downpipe, and eavestrough products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, upselling solutions, and confidently taking ownership of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries from contractors, distributors, and lumberyards

Provide accurate product information, technical guidance, and competitive pricing

Prepare quotes, process orders, and track deliveries through completion

Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to maximize order value

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

Resolve customer issues quickly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Track performance metrics including orders, repeat business, and revenue growth
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually

Must-Have Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of construction materials and aluminum products

Consultative B2B sales skills with proven upselling and cross-selling ability

Confident, outgoing communicator who is comfortable taking orders and speaking with customers

Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

CRM/ERP experience for order management and follow-ups (Rainware knowledge is a strong asset)

Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Preferred Background

2–5 years of inside sales or customer service experience in construction or building materials

Experience selling to contractors, distributors, or building supply companies

Roofing, siding, gutters, or related trade/installation experience is an asset
-
Familiarity with the Western Canadian market (MB, SK, AB, BC)
