Inside/Outside Sales Representative

Staffmax is pleased to be working with one of Canada's top distributors. Due to growth, our client has a permanent, full time opening in the Montreal area for an entrepreneurial minded French Bilingual Account Manager who loves freedom in a non-top heavy company.

Your brilliant ideas will be listened to and acted on, hunting for new business and making warm/cold calls including bid packaging, pricing and presentations will be your motivation to bring in new and current clients for the uncapped commission you so desire.

Duties and requirements:

• MUST be French bilingual
• Car/License preferred but is an asset
• Meeting and exceeding customer orders, inquiries and provide solutions
• Market new services and to new and current customers
• Ensure pricing is consistent with local competitors by doing research
• Able to work alone and within a team setting, dropping everything to help out a team member in operations, shipping, administration, purchasing etc
• Provide aggressive quotes and follow up when necessary
• Ensuring customer/sales database is current and up to date
• Cold and warm calling to customers and new clients
• Active training, job shadowing and continuous product research
• Administration and management of freight claims and returns
• Participation in inventory counts
• Hard worker, Ambitious, Determination, Hungry for knowledge and a big Drive, Persistent, Punctual, Organized and Detail oriented, with a Positive attitude

Hours and compensation:

• Monday - Friday 8-5 pm
• Profit sharing
