Staffmax is hiring for our client on Scurfield Boulevad! This is a temporary contract that has potential to become a permanent job for the right candidates.

In this role, you will be working alongside a team of talented installers and carpenters and providing them with assistance at residential and commercial job sites.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm with occasional opportunities for overtime.

Tasks:

  • Helping installer with countertop/cabinet installation
  • Carrying materials into the jobsite and positioning them for installation
  • Some measuring
  • Lifting up to 50lbs
  • Site clean-up
  • Other general labour tasks as assigned

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle heavy lifting of cabinets
  • Employees will meet on Scurfield Blvd each day, however a driver's license is a strong asset
  • MUST be able to pass a CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK

PPE Requirements:

  • CSA approved steel toe boots
  • Safety vest and hard hat for when at commercial construction sites
