Staffmax is currently assisting our Insurance Broker client with finding a fantastic self motivated broker for their Manitou office
Are you energized by building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service? We’re looking for a motivated and personable individual to manage the daily operations of our Manitou office and support a growing client base.

Your Role
•     Deliver excellent service to an established portfolio of Home, Farm, and Commercial clients
•    Foster client relationships and identify opportunities for growth
•    Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth service delivery
•    Collaborate remotely with a dedicated and supportive team
•    Play a key role in expanding our presence within the community
  • You will be a keyholder: Monday- Friday 9-5 PM
  • No Autopac
  • No Weekends
  • No Evenings
What You Bring
• Level 1, 2, or 3 General Insurance License
• 2-3 years of insurance experience preferred
• post-secondary education in business or related fields is an asset
• Power Broker preferred but only an asset
