Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is currently looking for an Insurance Claims Specialist for their Toronto based client in the retail automotive industry!

What’s the Role: The Insurance Claims Specialist is an admin heavy job, this would be a great role for any junior insurance level professional, or intermediate administrator. You will help intake and review claim reports, determine claim type and insurer. You will work along side insurance adjusters, discuss claims with customers, and prepare general paperwork relating to the claim.

Where: Based out of Toronto – Remote!
When: Monday to Friday – 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST  
Wage/Salary: $42,000 – $45,000 + Benefits
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

• Claim Report Intake via phone, email, and fax.
• Review and process claims reports.
• Work along side insurance adjusters, accounting department
• General admin duties as per required
• Other duties as assigned

• Bilingual verbally & written – English & French
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Great attention to details, active listener,
• Claims Experience is an asset!
