About the Role

Based in Flin Flon/The Pas, you’ll service and install commercial and industrial HVAC equipment while working alongside a team that values quality workmanship, customer relationships, and technical expertise.

Your work will include:

Service, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of commercial and industrial HVAC systems
Installation and commissioning of heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues
Reading blueprints and technical drawings
Communicating professionally with customers
Participating in a rotating on-call schedule

What We’re Looking For

Journeyman HVAC Technician or Level 3 or Level 4 Apprentice (Level 1 & 2 apprentices are not being considered)
Commercial or industrial HVAC service experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Valid driver’s license
Safety-minded with excellent customer service skills
Gas Fitter B License is an asset but not required
