Journeyman HVAC/R Technician – Winnipeg, MB

$42.55/hour | Full-Time | Permanent

We are currently seeking a Journeyman HVAC/R Technician to join a well-established mechanical contractor specializing in commercial and industrial projects throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas.

This position involves the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a variety of HVAC and refrigeration systems. Successful candidates will be comfortable working independently, diagnosing equipment issues, and providing high-quality workmanship while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Complete preventative maintenance and inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally
• Maintain accurate service documentation

Qualifications

• Journeyman HVAC/R Certification
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Commercial and industrial experience preferred
• Willingness to travel is considered an asset

Compensation & Benefits

• $42.55/hour
• Full-time, permanent employment
