We’re working with a locally owned and growing Residential Winnipeg HVAC company looking for a skilled Journeyperson HVAC/R Technician.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Residential HVAC service and diagnostics
• Furnace and air-conditioning repair
• Boiler service, repair, and installation
• HRV system service
• Airflow and comfort balancing
• Equipment replacement
• Light commercial HVAC service
• Servicing rooftop units and walk-in freezers
• Explaining repair options clearly to customers
• Identifying the root cause of issues other companies may have missed

What We’re Looking For

• Red Seal Journeyperson Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic
• Valid Gas Fitter licence
• Valid driver’s licence
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Professional communication skills
• Pride in quality workmanship
• Self-motivated, dependable, and trustworthy
• Able to explain technical issues in a way customers can understand
