Junior Buyer/Purchaser

Staffmax is helping one of our clients in hiring an experienced Junior Buyer/Purchaser to join there team in Winnipeg, MB.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Creating PO’s for major vendors
• Following up on backorders with vendors
• Track and process returned orders
• Enter and process POs into the system
• Helping fulfill backorders for customers
• Assist in products research

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 years work experience as a Buyer or Purchaser
• Customer Service and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Great attention to details
• Multi-tasking, able to work in fast-paced environment
• Team player

Wage:

• $20-$22.5/hour
