Location: Winnipeg, MB 
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Year-Round
Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience, ability, and attitude)

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our growing scaffolding team. This is a long-term, year-round opportunity with room for advancement. The successful candidate will primarily assist with loading, unloading, and transporting scaffolding materials from company vehicles to job sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, values steady employment, and is interested in growing their career within the construction industry.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday

• Typically 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• Some days may extend to 5:00 PM, particularly during the summer months

• Consistent full-time hours year-round

Responsibilities

• Load and unload scaffolding materials and equipment

• Transport materials from the truck to designated job site locations

• Assist scaffold crews with general labor duties

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Operate company vehicles as required

• Follow all company safety procedures and policies

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Ability to drive a company ¾-ton truck when required

• Strong reliability and attendance record

• Physically capable of lifting and carrying construction materials throughout the workday

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Construction or labor experience is an asset but not required
