Staffmax is assisting our Winnipeg client with the hire of multiple Lawn Technicians to assist with their busy season. This full-time, Monday to Friday assignment is projected to last approximately 4-5 weeks, subject to change.
Uniforms and boots are provided for this role.
$17.00/hr
7am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday
Your Duties Will Include:
- Using a company vehicle to drive to customer addresses
- Using provided spraying equipment to cover lawns and landscapes with pre-mixed chemicals
- Acting as a company ambassador and providing high-quality customer service in your interactions with clients
- Ensuring that the vehicle and spray reservoir are filled as required
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- You must have a driver's license- a vehicle is not necessarily a requirement, but you will be driving a company vehicle
- This job makes use of a phone-based app, which you will need to download and use to track your progress and report issues or customer concerns- you must have access to a data-enabled cell phone
- Prior experience in outdoor work is an asset
- Prior experience in landscaping and/or lawn maintenance is an asset but not required
- You must be available to work full-time with some overtime for the length of the projected contract (approximately 6-7 weeks)
