Our Winnipeg client is looking for experience staff for their Leasing and Administration Coordinator duties.

Permanent Full Time
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for day-to-day operations of  housing, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, finance, and staff management. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Leasing:
Lead lease signing process and tenant communications
Implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive occupancy

Finance & Administration:
Monitor and control operational expenses and revenue
Oversee rent collections and account receivables
Submit monthly and ad hoc reporting accurately and on time

Tenant Relations:
Ensure tenant satisfaction, safety, and compliance with lease terms
Collect and manage all required tenant documentation
Address tenant concerns and complaints promptly and professionally

Maintenance & Facilities:
Conduct regular property inspections to identify repairs and improvements
Manage vendor relations and approve work orders
Monitor maintenance budgets and service standards

Property Standards:
Ensure the property maintains a clean, well-kept appearance both inside and out
Oversee landscaping, snow removal, and common area upkeep
Respond quickly to documentation and information requests

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing, housing operations, or property administration

Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Effective multitasking and time management
Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and lease negotiations
Creative problem-solving under pressure; Additional Details

Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week; occasional flexibility required)
Work Environment: Primarily indoor, high interaction, moderate stress
