We are looking for a beauty professional to join our clients team as a Part time Licensed Aesthetician. Your position is a combination of providing education and practical services, resulting in happy clients that are empowered to take hold of their appearance and confidence.
Location: Toronto
Pay rate- $15to $17 + Commission on product sale + Tips
Shift- Saturday/ 3 weekdays - 25 hr/week
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service. Performing different Facials modalities as per protocol services, Waxing & Tinting.
- Explain treatment to the client before beginning and offer appropriate add on to create value.
- Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facial.
- Perform beauty services like hair removal, waxing, and others.
- Provide customers with incentives as a way of encouraging them to return.
- Train new hires on the company’s services and products to ensure every employee upholds the quality levels expected
- Attend continuing education programs and regular staff meetings to keep skills updated with the newest methods and technologies.
- Sell additional products and services in a simple but professional manner to enable clients to maintain their skincare routine at home.
- We are looking for aesthetician in good health, experienced in European luxury spa treatments pedicure manicure.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Esthetic diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of skincare lines and products
- Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
- Outstanding and discreet customer service skills
- Schedule flexibility
- Good interpersonal & customer relations skills good team player.
- Should be flexible and willing to learn and follow hygiene and sanitary protocols
- Company loyalty and confidentiality needed, they will have to also help maintain their work stations, equipment and linens
