**Key Responsibilities**

- Perform tasks according to the “Ontario Electrical Code,” Government Regulations, Current Practices,” and Health & Safety Policies
- Participate in “Continuous Improvement Projects”
- Work and troubleshoot on A-B PLCs, AC/DC drives
- Maintain accurate records and clear documentation
- Perform equipment repairs and prioritize work orders during shutdowns
- Ensure completion of work within budgetary guidelines
- Control safety and track machine availability & efficiency
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic system faults
- Carry out electrical maintenance procedures and ensure safety measures are functional

**Specific Requirements**
- 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician
- Industrial Electrician Certification 309A required; Electrical Engineering Technologist with 309A is an asset
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Working knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders and scissor lifts
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated team player willing to work shifts
- Ability to work in environments with noise and temperature changes
