- Tractor Mechanics: $38/hr + shift premiums
- Trailer Mechanics: $32/hr + shift premiums
Premium Pay for Shift Work:
- Afternoon Shift: +$3.00/hr
- Weekend Shift: +$3.00/hr
- Graveyard Shift: +$5.00/hr
Tractor: Noon-10:30 PM
Trailer 3 PM-Midnight; weekends; Saturday 8-6:30 PM and Sunday 12:30-11 PM
Graveyard 12 am-8:30 AM

What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly
Diagnose and repair electrical, air brake, tire, and body systems
Conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance and reliability
Weld and perform body repairs when needed
Assess and determine if repairs require external servicing
Work closely with other mechanics and the terminal team to prioritize repairs
What You Bring:
Red Seal or Journeyman Certification (Required)
Experience in preventative maintenance & diagnostics
Basic set of hand tools
Strong organizational & communication skills
Ability to work independently & within a team
