Staffmax is aiding its client to find a highly motivated Live-Out Superintendent for a site located in Etobicoke ON. This is a Permanent position.
Location: Etobicoke, ON
Pay Rate: 18-19/hr
Shift Days: Monday- Saturday
Responsibilities
- The Superintendent is accountable to the Site Operations Manager
- Prior experience as a residential Superintendent and a strong understanding of Building Automation Systems (BAS) also building machinery/equipment (boilers, chillers, pool, etc.)
- Must be able to carry out small repairs -Basic maintenance & Handyman experience
- Responsible for reporting all deficiencies, maintenance requirements, vandalism, and caretaking supply inventory to the Property Manager as required
- Respond to any emergencies, interact with contractors and building residents.
- Maintain daily log books, Complete work orders, and Schedule all preventative maintenance
- Ability to lift, push and pull heavy objects up to 50- 60lbs.
