Hourly Wage:

  • Starting at $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
  • Wage review after 3 months and again after 6 months of employment.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Clerk, your primary duties include:

  • Utilizing QuickBooks for inventory and financial management tasks.
  • Coordinating shipments of spare parts and ovens to customers and dealers.
  • Managing and maintaining the spare parts inventory.
  • Ordering spare parts and ovens as required.
  • Preparing and providing quotes for spare parts to customers and dealers.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and addressing negative balances.
  • Posting invoices, bills, and transactions for ovens and spare parts.
  • Contacting customers to follow up on payments.

Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • One unpaid lunch break of 30 minutes or 1 hour daily.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage inventory and work independently.
