Staffmax is currently recruiting a Lounge Attendant / Customer Service Representative for the American Airlines Admirals Lounge at Toronto Pearson International Airport. 
Location: American Airlines Admirals Lounge Toronto Pearson International Airport  Silver Dart Dr, Mississauga
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time
Duration: Approximately 4 weeks
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Options:

• 3:30 AM – 12:15 PM
• 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Wage: $20.60 per hour

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests entering the lounge.
• Provide excellent customer service to airline passengers and guests.
• Assist with food and beverage service.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and bar service items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lounge areas.
• Restock supplies and ensure service areas are fully prepared.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information as required.
• Support daily lounge operations to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Follow all health, safety, and food handling guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Valid Smart Serve certification required.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Barista or bartender experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced airport hospitality environment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to arrive for early morning shifts.
