Landscape/ Maintenance Crew Leader

To be the perfect fit for this job, YOU have:
- Minimum 1-2 years of landscaping experience with experience planting and caring for plants, flowers, shrubs and turf
- Landscape & Horticulture education and training (or equivalent working experience)
- Knowledge and physical ability to use all types of landscape tools
- Willingness to work in a cooperative, team-oriented environment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit having strong stamina and ability to lift 50lbs
- Driver license and clean abstract
Responsibilities and Duties:
- In collaboration with your team, be responsible for maintaining all aspects of your assigned properties landscapes
- Plan job in an effective manner to ensure optimum job efficiency and effectiveness
- Use and operate all tools and equipment used in horticulture
- Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges
- General property, lawn and garden maintenance, including litter pick-up
- Operate safely tools such as power mowers, push mowers, tractors, snow blowers, electric clippers, pruning saws and other landscape maintenance equipment, as required
- Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environments, shop + equipment
- Train and develop your teammates
