Staffmax Staffing and recruiting is currently assisting our Coffee Shop Restaurant client seeking a Manager due to growth.
2 years experience in an Assistant or Manager role fast paced restaurant/fast food environment
Duties:
- Meeting operational expectations, budgets, expenses etc.
- Maintaining high quality standards
- Serving customers as a back up during busy times
- Motivating staff members
- Assisting with scheduling and handling inventory
- Delegating tasks to employees and making sure they are carried out accordingly
- Recruiting and interviewing potential employees
- Ensuring smooth transition of new employees in the company
- Effective merchandizing
- Organizing promotions
- Ensure good team delivery of customer service
Skills Needed:
- Have the ability to lead a team
- Able to lead and motivate
- Good communication and person skills
- Possess the commitment to work in a customer service field
- Strong motivator
- Able to work at a fast pace
- able to be on their feet for extended periods of time
- Strong leadership skills
- Basic computer skills

Compensation and Perks:
- $40-45,000 per year DOQ
- Quarterly bonus up to 10%

Hours:
- 5am -11pm 7 days a week flexibility
- 45 hours per week (9 hour shifts)
