Job Description:

  • Manage digital audience targeting implementation across platforms Leveraging data to identify meaningful campaign opportunities while developing and creating client lead lists in support of relevant customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Manage data infrastructure and data acquisition roadmap for paid and owned digital media
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance measurement and enable a complete view of digital marketing performance
  • Collaborate across teams to test and optimize targeting, creative assets, and messaging to improve ROI
  • Leverage knowledge of data capabilities to develop and deliver customer insights
  • Drive innovation within campaigns and channels
  • Manage monthly budgets across channels and campaigns and provide investment recommendations.
  • Work in a consultative role and effectively communicate value-added insights in the form of analysis, interpretation, and advice
  • Tell a story with data including exploratory data analysis and data quality validation
  • Stay knowledgeable on emerging issues, trends, and technology and assess potential impacts

Must Have:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing analysis
  • A degree in science, engineering, business, or other quantitative discipline
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools including Google Campaign Manager, Facebook, Google Search Ads, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics
  • Experience in data visualization (e.g., Tableau and Google Data Studio)
  • A broad understanding of digital marketing data, analytical tools and methods and knowledge of where analytics may add value to marketing and/or business
  • A passion for analytics, high comfort level and interest in interpreting data and results; ability to tell stories with data and facts
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience in driving productive collaboration with internal clients and cross-functional team members
  • An overall dedication to producing high quality work and desire to continuously learn, develop and do better
