Marketing Services Direct Mail Preparation

Our client is seeking a responsible worker to provide mailing support for our marketing services program. This role is perfect for someone who is focused, responsible, detailed oriented, and good with numbers. The contract hire will prepare and organize a high volume of direct mail material received from our printers for distribution via Canada Post. They will spend the bulk of their time counting mailers and ensuring they match the bundle size specified for mail out.  

Location: King Edward Street and Dublin Avenue, Winnipeg
Pay Rate:$22/hr
Temporary term position: November 12,2024– January 10, 2025

Responsibilities: 
• Correctly count and organize printed material according to specifications 
• Prepare packages for pick-up 
• Maintain an organized preparation area 

Qualifications: 
• Ability to stay focused and work independently 
• Must be able to move boxes of up to 30lbs 
• Accurate with numbers and counting 
• Reliable and responsible
