Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Meat Cutter to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing various types of meat, including pork and beef, to meet our quality standards.

Location: Logan Avenue, Winnipeg
Pay Rate:$20.00-$21.00

Duties as follows,

• Ability to able to cut meat ,Pork Beef. 
• Carry boxes and be able to lift heavy weights.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Package products and tray up for retails display,
• Monitor expiration dates on products, trimmimg cuts as well.
• Be able to cut the beef and identify all cuts with staff and customers
• Be able to work with others and have good customer service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Meat Cutter or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of different types and cuts of meat, especially pork and beef.
