Position: Meat Cutter - Counter Service
Wage: 21.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Cold Cut Slicing: Expertly slice cold cuts on a slicing machine to customer specifications.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service at the counter, assisting customers with their selections and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Meat Cutting: Perform precise meat cutting, trimming, and preparation tasks to maintain high-quality standards.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the various meat products and cold cuts we offer to answer customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels, restocking displays, and ensuring freshness and quality of products.
- Sanitation: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, keeping work areas clean and sanitary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a meat cutter or similar role.
- Proficiency with slicing machines and other meat cutting equipment.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of different types of meat and cold cuts.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
