We’re looking for Mechanic Assemblers to join our production team.
Salary: From $20 to 22/-per hour
Term: Looking asap
Responsibilities / Tasks:
- Installing Sprockets, bearings, gears.
- Preparation and fabrication of sub-assemblies (cutting, drilling, grinding, tapping, etc.) for final installation
- Move, align and install subassemblies and components
- Fit, modify and assemble prefabricated metal parts to build heavy industrial machinery
- Cutting, fitting, crimping hydraulic/pneumatic hoses.
- Bending, fitting installing hydraulic/pneumatic tubing.
- Filling industrial fluids
- Performance testing of complete machines.
- Prepare units for shipping (add decals, clean, etc.)
- Machine Builder with attention to detail.
- Maintain a safe and non-hazardous work environment at all times.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma required or Equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with all types of shop tools.
- Flexibility, being able to handle multiple tasks
- Team Player and positive attitude
- Proactive and motivated
- Experience working with or servicing heavy equipment, machinery and / or hydraulics is an asset, including coil equipment, hydraulic service, etc.
- Experience with safe rigging and lifting operations, using overhead cranes
- Able to follow technical drawings and instructions
- Ability to work with tight tolerances and deadlines.
