We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join a growing financial services team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering excellent member service, building relationships, and supporting financial well-being within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and money orders

• Respond to member inquiries in person, by phone, and via email

• Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction accuracy

• Promote financial products and identify referral opportunities

• Build strong member relationships through exceptional service

• Follow security, compliance, and fraud prevention procedures

• Collaborate with team members to support branch goals and operations

Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

• Banking or financial services experience is an asset

• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

• Sales-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
