Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues professionally

• Support online banking setup, password resets, and troubleshooting

• Promote and cross-sell financial products and services

• Refer members to lending and wealth specialists when needed

• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

• Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

• Contact centre or financial services experience is an asset

• Strong communication and computer skills

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
