Wage: $44.15/hr for ticketed plus $2.00/hr shift premium for hours on night shift
Schedule:
Rotating 3:30 PM-12 AM, 6 PM – 6 AM, 11:30 PM-8 AM, | Must be available on Saturdays

Staffmax is helping our client hire a Licensed Millwright to join their growing maintenance team in Regina. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Red Seal Journeyperson Licensed Millwright
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical documents, equipment manuals, and blueprints to complete installations and repairs.
- Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical systems such as:
- Power transmission systems
- Pneumatic, hydraulic, and vacuum systems
Identify, inspect, and repair mechanical faults in equipment and machinery.
Fabricate custom parts using lathes, milling machines, and precision tools.
Assemble and install industrial machinery using hand/power tools and welding equipment.
Complete Work Orders according to Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) schedules.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment safety, efficiency, and reliability.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), food safety, and environmental procedures.
Qualifications:
Valid provincial Millwright Certification (Red Seal or equivalent) required.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working rotating shifts (24/7) and Saturdays.
Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is an asset.
