Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is currently assisting our client with hiring of a second Millwright Foreman. 

Act as an intermediate role between workers and Project Manager during larger projects

  • Lead the dismantling and  installation of machinery and equipment according to layout drawings, blueprints etc.
  • Competent in reading and understanding drawings and engineered schematics
  • Follow job information work sheets and procedures
  • Project scheduling
  • Supervising on-site and off site installation, teardown and fabrication millwrights
  • Non union environment
  • South-West Winnipeg - Perimeter highway optional

Requirements

  • 3 to 10 years’ Millwright experience
  • Red Seal Millwright Certification - Interprovincial
  • Valid drivers license and vehicle
  • Weekend installation, overtime is paid 1.5 and 2 times
  • Day shift
