Mobile Trailer Technician- GTA

Location: Greater Toronto Area – Mississauga & Cambridge, ON
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday – Flexible Start & End Times
Pay: Up to $47/hour + premium, based on experience

About the Opportunity

Staffmax Staffing & Recruiting is hiring experienced Licensed Trailer Technicians for one of our leading clients in the GTA.

We are looking for skilled technicians who have experience repairing and maintaining commercial trailers and are comfortable working in a mobile or shop environment.

Candidates can live anywhere within the GTA. Company trucks will be picked up and returned to either the Mississauga or Cambridge branch. Company trucks cannot be taken home.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial trailers.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and related trailer issues.
• Perform repairs in a mobile and/or shop environment.
• Respond to service and repair requirements.
• Use the DriveOn program for maintenance and repair-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Valid 310J or 310T license is required.
• Experience working as a Mobile Technician or In-Shop Technician.
• Previous trailer repair and maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with the DriveOn program.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Valid driver's license.

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $47/hour + premium, depending on experience.
