Move Theatre Manager

**Job Description**

Salary: $42,000 with extensive benefits
Hours: Full time, evenings required

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the smooth operation of all Amusement, Food and Beverage, Guest Services, and Retail activities within the venue.
- Ensuring that the facility consistently meets company standards and that all checklists and inspections are up-to-date, in compliance with both internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Managing the execution of Groups & Events within the venue.
- Recruiting, interviewing, training, and coaching venue management, with a focus on succession planning.
- Enforcing fair and consistent discipline in accordance with the Company’s Discipline Policy and severity guidelines, taking appropriate actions for performance and behavioral issues.
- Managing the theatre's budget, driving revenue growth, and initiating projects to further the success of the business.

- You excel at building and maintaining relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, employees, and guests.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- You have flexible availability to work extended hours as needed.
