Pay, Perks and Benefits:
- Full-time, 40 hours a week
- $43,000 could go higher for the right person
- Occasional Overtime
- Hours: 3 pm onwards as shifts are predominantly in the evening, however during peak periods (summer, winter holidays, spring break, etc.) they do run daytime shows and would need daytime availability

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage services, entertainment areas, customer service, and retail functions to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain compliance with internal protocols and external regulatory standards, conducting regular inspections and keeping all checklists updated.
- Manage and coordinate group events, corporate bookings, and special occasions at the venue.
- Recruit, train, and mentor department leaders while planning for long-term team development and succession.
- Enforce fair and consistent disciplinary measures aligned with company guidelines, addressing performance and behavioral concerns appropriately.
- Develop and manage budgets, identify growth opportunities, and implement initiatives to drive success and elevate the venue’s reputation.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a high-traffic, multi-department environment.
- Ability to identify customer needs and offer creative solutions and resolutions.
- Skilled at managing priorities, leading teams during peak business periods, and ensuring operational goals are met.
- Expertise in conflict resolution, negotiations, and team engagement strategies.
- Confident in building relationships with internal teams, business partners, and guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to work extended hours when necessary.
