Staffmax is recruiting a Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Treadmill Technician  in Medicine Hat, Alberta. 

Location:  Medicine Hat, Alberta
Shift schedule : Mon - Fri 6:00 - 3:00 pm /7:00 am - 4:30 pm 
Salary - 70K - 89K 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cardiac nuclear medicine procedures, bone mineral density scans, and exercise stress tests.
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure patient safety throughout testing.
  • Review patient histories, maintain accurate records, and prepare diagnostic reports.
  • Maintain QA/QC documentation and ensure equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and collaborate with Cardiologists and the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
  • Current CAMRT and ACMDTT registration.
  • Current CPR/BCLS certification.
  • Completion of Michener Institute Cardiac Stress Testing courses (EK816 & EK817).
