Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is hiring for OSS Traffic Install Supervisor. This is a full-time Permanent position.
Location: Mississauga,

Purpose of the role: Responsible for the day-to-day OSS field Installations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Liaise with Install coordinator to ensure seamless communications between office and field activities.
- Continuous monitoring of Install schedule to stay informed of daily activities and events.
- Mobilization of resources ensuring timely execution of daily scheduled events.
- Review and inspect work zones to ensure compliance with maps & legends and regulatory specifications.
- Ensure any work zone deficiencies are corrected in a timely manner.
- Complete site inspection documentation and file for future reference.
- Ensure field crews are properly conducting and documenting hazard assessments for each Installation assignment.
- Follow up with field crews to ensure accurate documentation and time sheets are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Insure field crews are working in compliance with safety program.
- Ensure that all trucks and equipment are in good clean working order on a regular basis to ensure best possible presentation and efficient execution of all installation assignments.
- Delegate assignments to field staff as appropriate.
- Supervise field staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks as assigned.
- Completion of appropriate seminars/course work to keep abreast of changes in industry.
- Ensure that the Installation crew are fully trained and stay abreast of changes in the industry
- Work in the field completing Installation jobs with your crew. - Complete utility locates
- Assist Install Manager when hiring new staff
- Ensure employee reviews are completed according company policy
- Ensure field crew has appropriate training and their certificates are maintained - Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Valid class 5 driving license
- Willing to travel to other branches and/or for training
- Reliable, punctual and able to work with little supervision

- Adhere to our safety program fully including passing a drug/alcohol test
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 operation system

Experience:
- Must have: 2 — 5 years experience with traffic Installations
- Must have a Minimum 1-year supervisor experience
