Staffmax is currently partnering with our client in Winnipeg, MB to fill the position of Office Administrator. This is a temporary position starting on Monday, December 4th, and concluding on March 1st. Position Details:
Responsibilities: As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Your duties will include: General Office Duties: Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support the office's overall functioning. Answering Phones and Doors: Manage incoming calls and greet visitors, providing a professional and welcoming environment. Ordering In Lunch: Coordinate and manage the ordering of lunches for the office as needed. Ordering Office Supplies: Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace. Printing Off Invoices: Handle the printing and organization of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Filing: Maintain an efficient filing system for documents, invoices, and other office materials. Qualifications:
