Staffmax is currently partnering with our client in Winnipeg, MB to fill the position of Office Administrator. This is a temporary position starting on Monday, December 4th, and concluding on March 1st.

Position Details:

  • Term: Monday, December 4th to March 1st
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Wage: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
  • Location: Princess Street, Winnipeg, MB

Responsibilities: As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Your duties will include:

General Office Duties: Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support the office's overall functioning.

Answering Phones and Doors: Manage incoming calls and greet visitors, providing a professional and welcoming environment.

Ordering In Lunch: Coordinate and manage the ordering of lunches for the office as needed.

Ordering Office Supplies: Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.

Printing Off Invoices: Handle the printing and organization of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Filing: Maintain an efficient filing system for documents, invoices, and other office materials.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
