We are assisting one of our clients with the hire of an Office Administrator. It turns out full-time, temporary- permanent position after 3months for the right candidate.

Location: Etobicoke, ON
Pay Rate: $17hr + Benefits ( after being hired)
Day Shift- Monday- Friday

Job Duties:
• Answers and screens all incoming phone calls.
• Creating invoices on Sage
• Create Orders in the system
• Complete Paper Work
• Can effectively multi-task, is able to prioritize, and has good Microsoft Office skills.
• Maintain Reception area clean and perform other general duties as required.

• Experience working as an Administrative Assistance and experience in office environment is required
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented and heavy multi-tasker
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
