Description:

We are assisting one of our clients with the hire of an Office Administrator. It turns out full-time, temporary- permanent position after 3months for the right candidate.

Location: Etobicoke, ON
Pay Rate: $17hr + Benefits ( after being hired)
Day Shift- Monday- Friday

 

Daily Tasks (but not limited to)

  • Filing
  • Answering phones
  • Incoming/outgoing mail
  • Creating invoices on sage
  • Data Entry (updating reports)
  • Update/Request WSIB/Certificates of insurance
  • Process credit application forms
  • • Maintain Reception area clean and perform other general duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience working as an Administrative Assistance and experience in office environment is required
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented and heavy multi-tasker
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
Touch typing is preferred (approx. 40/60 WPM)
Great customer service (people person)
