Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Role Overview

Staffmax is currently hiring an Office Clerk for one of our clients in Winnipeg. This is a term position to cover a maternity leave, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars

  • Make outbound and inbound phone calls

  • Respond to emails and provide administrative support

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

  • Support daily office operations as required


Skills & Requirements

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role

  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

  • Transportation or logistics experience is considered a strong asset
