Staffmax is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant-Receptionist extraordinaire. This is a Full-Time permanent Position


  • Reception for 3 companies (45 staff)
  • Greet walk-ins, limited currently due to Covid-19
  • Sort mail, handle courier packages, filing and data-entry
  • AP processing, invoicing, and credits
  • Cash sales (POS), reconciliation, expense batches, freight reconciliation
  • Review receiving for accuracy

  • Attention to detail a must
  • Friendly and family style branch/you need to be friendly and outgoing - but not talkative
  • 2 other team members in your department
  • On a bus route
  • Covid protocols in place, mask wearing, no outside visitors
  • Position starts immediately

Compensation, Hours, and Perks:


  • $38-41,000 per year
  • M-F 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Vacation 10 days per year
