Job Title: Office Administrator (Full-Time / Temporary)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is a temporary role covering a medical leave with the chacne of permanent hire.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience, preferably in an office environment where client- or case-specific tasks are handled. This is a full-time, temporary position with the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, supportive workplace.
In this role, flexibility, a strong willingness to learn, and a positive attitude will be highly valued. The Office Administrator will report directly to the Manager of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage filing systems from start to finish
- Provide professional client counseling within the scope of the role
- Schedule job dates, meetings, and other appointments
- Draft and prepare written correspondence
- Maintain an organized in-house correspondence system
- Assist team members with various tasks as needed
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Oversee reception duties when required
- Assist in implementing and participating in marketing activities
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Comfortable and confident in handling phone conversations with clients and potential clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to take on new tasks and challenges as needed
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint is required
- Experience with QuickBooks software is essential
