Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. This role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of our facility, managing resources, and supporting a team to ensure all medical procedure rooms are full all the time. Ensuring that supplies are kept full and inventory is ordered daily.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth running of the clinic's day-to-day operations in 20 treatment rooms. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions. Independently oversee projects and operations, ensuring high-quality results with minimal supervision.
  • managing all electronic medical record system aspects, including programming and customizing forms, updating services, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. 
  • Oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely acquisition and adequate medical supplies and equipment stock levels.
  • Manage all aspects of the clinic's finances, including bill payment, and supplier relations, and contribute to budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Ensure patients receive exceptional care and oversee customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Formulate and update clinic policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
- Strong accounting knowledge and financial reporting skills.
- Proficient in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English and strong conversational knowledge of French 
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively with vendors.
- Experience in inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime when necessary to meet the needs of the facility.
