Staffmax is currently partnering with a prestigious client in Toronto, ON, seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Online Game Presenters.
Compensation: $22/hr. + Bonus + Benefits (After 6 months)
Shifts Available:
- Morning Shift: 7 am – 4 pm
- Afternoon Shift: 3 pm – 12 am
- Night Shift: 12 am – 8 am
Language Requirement: Fluent in Japanese

As a game presenter, you will operate from our private, state-of-the-art studios, hosting thrilling table games like Baccarat and Roulette for virtual players worldwide. No prior experience is necessary; our exceptional Training team will equip you with all the knowledge and skills required.

- Must be comfortable in front of a camera.
- Must be strong with math.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct live games following company policies and procedures.
- Interact professionally and friendly with players, providing excellent customer service.
- Deal cards, spin wheels, and announce winning bets accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cards and gaming equipment with precision.
- Follow strict security protocols to ensure game integrity.
- Assist players with game rules and address queries promptly.
- Escalate disputes according to company policies in a timely manner.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on new games and industry trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese (English proficiency is a plus).
- Comfortable working on camera during live games.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable with technology and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of casino games is an asset.
- Able to comply with gaming licensing directives upon hire.
