Position: Online Game Presenter

Location: North, ON

Pay Rate: $22/hr. + Bonus + Benefits (After 6 months)

Shifts Available:

• Morning Shift: 7 am – 4 pm
• Afternoon Shift: 3 pm – 12 am
• Night Shift: 12 am – 8 am

Requirements:

• Strong mathematical skills
• Comfortable working on camera

Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Korean

Responsibilities: As a Pragmatic Play Online Casino Dealer, you will operate from our state-of-the-art studios, presenting thrilling table games like Baccarat and Roulette to virtual players worldwide. No prior experience is necessary; our dedicated Training team will provide comprehensive support to ensure your success.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Conduct live games following company policies and procedures.
• Interact professionally and amicably with players, providing excellent customer service.
• Deal cards, spin wheels, and announce winning bets accurately and efficiently.
• Handle gaming equipment with precision.
• Follow strict security protocols to ensure the integrity of the games.
• Assist players with game rules and promptly address inquiries.
• Escalate disputes in accordance with company policies.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on new games and industry trends.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Korean.
• Comfortable working on camera during live games.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Comfortable with technology and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of casino games is an asset.
• Must be able to comply with gaming licensing directives upon hire.

Education:

• High School/ GED Diploma

Schedule:

• Shift work – Mornings/Afternoons/Nights, Weekends
