Order Desk Calgary Warehouse Environment
- Must have: Order desk in warehousing experience
- Manage all incoming orders while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and send email quotes, follow up with customers, and enter purchase orders.
- Answer all incoming calls to the Calgary office.
- Maintain the office, including opening and closing duties.
- Process all daily paperwork and send it to the main office at the end of each day.
- Communicate routinely with the Sales Representative to work as a team and support all business needs.
- Coordinate with the Brampton main Office when required. ( Purchasing, Accounting, and Sales Team)
- Work closely with the Shipping/Receiving department on daily tasks and priorities.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the National Sales Manager and on all emails related to the main office.
- Possess warehouse inventory knowledge.
- Assist in shipping/receiving when needed, including occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. (only when help is required).
- Be committed to contributing to a team focused on improving service standards and the customer experience.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, take initiative, and go the extra mile for customers and co-workers.
- Be driven and eager to grow within the company.
- Handle inside sales, which is minimal, and do outbound sales calls to ask for orders, quotes
- Help in the warehouse when needed; they only ship 3 orders a day
- $55-60k a year
- Annual bonus $500-$1k
- 2 weeks' holidays

Immediate Start
2 Staff in Calgary (Shipper, Outside Sales person)
Monday- Friday 8-4:30 PM On-site
Will meet in person in Calgary this week with a representative from Staffmax’ s sister company if selected for an interview with the company
